No, if your cleans are missed through no fault of your own there will be no charge, however, if the bins are missed because they have been locked away we will charge you as we have made the trip to your property. We wont charge you the first time this happens but repeat offenders will be charged.

The bins are lifted into position on our trailer where they are pressure cleaned, we then wipe the surfaces with microfiber cloths and mop excess wash water from the bottom of the bin. Finally we spray the bin with a disinfectant and deodoriser spray.
