We are a locally owned and operated company that has been servicing The Gold Coast since 2013.
At The Bin Butler we are trying to do wheelie bin cleaning a little bit differently to other bin cleaning companies. We are bringing bin cleaning into the modern age and are extremely focused on providing an exceptional service for our customers. to that end we do a few things that other wheelie bin cleaning companies may not do;
- We will sms our customers a reminder the day before their bins are due to be cleaned
- We will send a confirmation email when the bins have been cleaned
- We offer easy monthly payments so you don’t have to pay for 6 or 12 months in advance (you can if you prefer)
- You can order and pay online, quickly and conveniently. Prefer to call us? no problem our number is on the bottom of every page.
- We will place a sticker on one of your bins so you don’t get them mixed up with other, less clean bins.
- If you need your bins to be put in a specific spot after they are cleaned, just let us know.
- There is a customer portal right here on our website where you can easily manage your account.
Our main objective is to provide you with a seamless service that removes a nasty job from your to do list.

What an amazing service this is!!! Once per month my bins are thoroughly cleaned inside and out then deodorized. I can’t believe I have been doing it myself all theses years… All I have to do is leave the bins out on rubbish day until they are cleaned that same day. Really reasonable pricing and absolute worth every cent!!!
